REGISTRATION

Registration should be made by the Conference Management System (www.conferences.earsel.org). Registration for the Conference attendance can be done any time and also on-site. Presenting authors of the Conference contributions, both oral and poster, are requested to transfer the registration fee before 1st July 2008 to ensure their contributions to be included in the final programme.

The Registration fee covers:

  • Free entrance to oral and poster presentation
  • Abstract book
  • Conference materials
  • Conference proceedings
  • Lunch, coffee, tea, soft drinks during breaks
  • Free entrance to ice break part and the Conference dinner
